South America's Bolivia is where I was born and raised. Carmen received a Bachelor of Sociology degree from a prominent Bolivian university. She later relocated to Santiago, Chile, where she joined the United Nations Economic Commissions for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC-CELADE) to pursue a Master's degree in Population and Development. She is certified as a Florida professional teacher.
Carmen was employed by the United Nations Population Fund in Bolivia as a consultant and as an associate researcher at the National Council of Population in Bolivia. She was also employed in the Philippines by the International Labor Organization as a Gender Training Specialist. After relocating to Pensacola, Florida, in 1997, Carmen began working as a teacher at Pensacola State College. She works as a Veterans and Rehab Chapter 31st educator for the Federal Government as a Private Contractor.
In 2019, Carmen began working for The Retirement Planners. She helps with new account openings, money requests, application monitoring, and acting on cases that require attention. Her dedication to the company makes her an integral part of business.
In her free time, Carmen enjoys reading, traveling overseas, watching movies, spending time with her loved ones, and listening to national and international political debates.
