Morgan graduated from James Madison University in 2022 with Magna Cum Laude honors, majoring in Hospitality Management and minoring in General Business at the Hart School. Her diverse background includes valuable experiences that have enriched her understanding of the Hospitality Industry. Starting at a family-owned pizza restaurant, she discovered her passion for customer service. Transitioning to an Activities Intern role at a resort and later working at an Assisted Living facility, she engaged with residents daily, organizing activities that brought them joy and fulfillment. These experiences taught Morgan the importance of compassion and empathy in any industry.
Morgan provides general administrative support to ensure a smooth operation of the front office. Morgan is the hub of office activities, managing the flow of clients and visitors and ensuring that all reception duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality. She focusses on providing exceptional service to clients and customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Morgan’s role is crucial for maintaining positive client relationships and building a company's reputation for excellent service.
Morgan is originally from Winchester, Virginia and moved to Pensacola, FL after graduating college. During her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family and friends, visiting her former residents at an Assisted Living Facility, and spending time with her boyfriend and their 4-year-old German Shepherd named Kaizer.
